How to Reset Account/Password

1. In the Home Page, tap the account icon on the upper left. 

2. Then press “Security settings” to reset the password.

Please note that if you modify/reset/forget the password/operation on the following passwords. The system will automatically close the 24-hour withdrawal/OTC selling permission, and the restriction will be automatically lifted after 24 hours.

* Modify login password
* Modify transaction password
* Forgot login password
* Reset transaction password
